We are Hilton rewards members, and always choose Hilton hotels when we travel. We have stayed at many Hilton resorts, so I feel this is an honest and realistic review. First, this property is a bit on the older/outdated side. We chose it for the location - only a few miles from Disney Springs - and it advertised shuttle service to the parks. When we arrived, we were given the shuttle schedule, which was not workable (one shuttle per day, and not to all parks) - and they told us that shuttle services would be discontinued on January 1, 2026. When we got to our room, we realized that we made a mistake. We chose the King suite with the large tub. It was a tiny room! The building they assigned us did not have a view of anything, and right outside our door was the designated trash can/recycling can area. The bed was comfy, but overall, everything needs updating. We noticed it was an adjoining room. What we were unprepared for was how that adjoining room would impact our stay. The next morning, we were awoken by our "neighbors" talking, and it was like they were in our room with us! We heard EVERY word they said, down to what kind of lunch meat she wanted her husband to buy! Knowing how clearly we could hear them did not help us with having romantic time, if you know what I mean. Also, the next night we could hear the people above us RUNNING around until 2am. Loud trash can/recycling noise all night. The "shop" on site has literally nothing, and no restaurant. We won't come again.

Just fine property. Nice pool. Very odd at night, though -- have to walk in the driveway / parking lot to reach the one unlocked door of the lobby / weight room; at night, all sidewalks lead to locked doors. Also learned that "jacuzzi" brand doesn't necessarily mean jets included in the tub.

Everything was great!! BUT, the rooms where we were at, people running at all hours of the night, and people were always slamming doors at all hours at night. Sleep was not the best! WAY TOO MUCH NOISE!
