Do not make the mistake of not looking at the room photos. What you see is what you get. It is not a suite that we have ever seen. It doesn't show a toilet, because it is just a small one by itself in a room next to the shower. There is no seating area as in a normal suite. It is literally just the one room you see in the picture. No table on the deck. You have a coffee maker and microwave, but nothing to wash anything.The pool area was very nice.

Originally we were assigned a room on first floor that was very noisy. Our head of bed was against the outside trash containers. After not sleeping for two nights, I complained to the office. They understood, and changed our room which my husband and I appreciated. They took the initiative to follow up with us via email asking us how we were doing in the new room that we were assigned.

I liked it was close to the theme parks what I didn’t like was the cafe wasn’t gluten friendly for me there wasn’t a elevator which was hard for me to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor and the room walls were very thin so I could hear lots of noise during the night .

Our 5 night stays was great. 15mins from all the Disney Parks, Affordable as well. Only downside for our stay was that the rooms are not really soundproof so we could hear everything from the room beside us. Other than that, solid choice for a stay. Little convenience/food inside the place was great.

Would Probably Stay Here Again

It is an older property, and it shows. Lots of noise from outdoor, concrete entrances. Love the screened in balconies; hate the furniture that could be free from Craig's List. the staff, and the response time for any problems is excellent - we had a towel bar fall off the wall, and they were on it. We had a maid leave a puddle of bleach in one bathroom, causing bleaching of my husband's shorts, and they reimbursed us immediately, and we had another pair delivered to the front desk a couple of days later. The property and rooms are dated - that is their hardest to overcome. The studio suite had no designation between room and bathroom (ew), and had no chair, other than the desk chair. Their water also never got hot for showering. I had the smaller bedroom, and it had no place for me to set my phone to recharge; I brought in a chair from the common room to place them on. Hooks in the bathroom would really help, as the one I had had only a pedestal sink - no countertop to set things on. The sofa in the common area was one that you'd find for free on Craigslist - saggy to the point that I could not sit on it. The kitchen was great, the service to replace things like paper towels and detergents was far beyond a VRBO. We also had the washer/dryer - though small, it was great for what we needed. Again - the staff was excellent!

Fantastic Accommodations

The hotel staff was great and accommodated a late arrival. They checked in with us periodically and promptly responded to any requests. We will definitely stay here again!
