The room was an average room. Honestly, you’re paying for the convenience of being near the airport, but I’d expect a classier experience for $100+ per night.

The toliet did not plush. No hot water. Was dirty. I stayed for 5hrs just in till i could find a better hotel and then we left. They did not want to give me any type of credit. I will never go back there. I should of read the views first. You live and learn.

Check in ,no problem ,pedro very nice,the room was very dirty and tv didn’t work,i have to move 3 times ,heater not working ,roaches every where ,the worst hotel i ever staying, and breakfast the waffle mix was liquid and saggy after cooked tasted soggy, around the hotel people smoking weed ,ghetto surrounding, not happy customer.

Worst experience ever. Room was ok but the people in the room next door had music on and were singing out loud all night until 4 am. You could literally hear everything and they continued to go in and out of the room and you could hear the door slamming. I called the front desk and nobody fixed the situation. The next morning I hat to have the remaining night cancelled and refunded. The lady at the front desk apologized and said he need to call the manager at 10 am and he will process the refund. I called back at 10 am and the person was so rude and told me there is nothing they can do and that they will not refund me the money. He told me that I have to call Expedia and that whatever the lady at the front desk told me was not correct. Luckily Expedia has the best customer service support and was able to resolve the situation and give me a refund.

Check in employee was rude. Sheets had bugs. The guest next door had a party for 3 nights in a row and when I complained to the manager he said he was not going to do anything about it. There was no hot water in the shower and no water pressure.
