I’m sorry, but the only good thing about this place was the staff, they were courteous and kind all the time. But the place it’s awful, it’s old , moldy, very deteriorated rooms , dirty carpets , cracked wood, old lamps , dusty curtains, and of course they have roaches. It’s definitely a no for the next trip. And I’m being very kind.

If you’re a local, be aware that you’re no longer allowed to book at this location — at least, that’s what I was told by the receptionist, Maria. There was no 24-hour notice, no accommodations, nothing. They simply took my money and casually told me I couldn’t extend my already paid reservation. I’m so disappointed and frustrated by how poorly this was handled. This, among other issues, is why I gave this hotel the rating I did and would never recommend anyone stay here.

Breakfast was cold. Under renovation. TV was broken (lines), channel selection was awful, whole place needs serious dehumidifying. Everything felt damp. Area is not very nice. Half the parking lot lights were out and this is probably my least favorite thing given the location.

The first room we were assigned was so super damp the sheets felt wet. I asked to move rooms, which was accommodated, but the new room we were assigned had clearly been smoked in. We just left, I booked a place somewhere else. The front desk didn’t seem to care one bit, even though they were accommodating to help me, it came with snide comments.
