The staff is top-tier, my room was very clean, even when you have breakfast, the staff make sure to clean your table throughout your meal. I thought that was top-tier. Every area of the hotel that I had to spend time in was clean. I also noticed that they kept the outdoor area clean as well. when I requested and asked for a different things for my room, they also brought the items with a cheerful smile. So from my check-in and being greeted kindly to my check out and being complimented by your staff. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Chanya

This was my first time at an Element property and found it very nice with the exception of housekeeping and parking. Never saw housekeeping during my two night stay which I would let slide if they would at least leave replacement towels. The parking was also an unexpected $29/ night for uncovered general parking you find any non luxury/resort property. I found this a major turn off and will likely never come back.

My bad for not reading about the parking cost in detail but I have never paid for parking in all the years I have been to the Orlando area. With all those parking spots on the property, it’s a shame that the hotel’s greed for extra costs from the customers takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Not even a free water bottle as a courtesy was available. Although the hotel is clean, the air conditioner develops a high humidity in the room. The tile felt very slippery. The carpet under the bed needs to steam cleaned. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

I’ve stayed at his hotel before, the staff is always friendly, they’re very knowledgeable about the area and make great recommendations. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable with nice sized bathrooms and great amenities. The carpet in the halls need to be deep cleaned but otherwise the rooms are clean.the breakfast is good and the pool is great. This hotel is located in a great area, I highly recommend the Element hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
