Room on master door was warped and wouldn't close. Food was unseasoned and rushed; food customer service was terrible language barrier. Properly customer service was top tier, bar tender was great, pool event host was great. Love that they had daily event thats were engaging. All outdoor activities were perfect. Parking was great! No matter what time came in, there was always plenty of parking. Lightning was perfect throughout grounds

Everything was fabulous like always! Alana by the pools is probably the hardest working person they have on staff. She is constantly moving chairs and wiping down tables, going from pool to pool. She is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Always with a smile!!

All the employees were so helpful, attentive and friendly. Accommodations were lovely and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade TVs to smart TV for guests to stream apps.

Check in staff were kind and professional. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The pool areas are lovely! Pools are heated, and there are hot tubs too. Lots of seating available as well. Room itself was pretty good. We enjoyed the small balcony with outdoor chairs. The large bathtub was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The property also has a small store/restaurant on site. Food was pretty decent (we ordered a pizza), and it was much more affordable than other nearby pizza places. The store has simple/common groceries and household items, which was quite useful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
