Staff was outstanding! The property had a water main break while we were there. We had a cheer competetition to get ready for and the water was back on except for our area of rooms. They graciously allowed us to shower and get ready in another room even though it was close to check out time. They made the situation right even though it was circumstances out of their control! Even more of a bonus were the large, clean, spacious rooms and easy parking.

La bañera estaba tapada, se informó y tardaron dos días en resolver el problema. El imposible dormir en el sofá cama se sienten los sprines (metal) del mattress. Se informó y tardaron 2 días en traer otro Marte para poder dormir y terminar nuestro estadía de 5 días.

My family and I stayed in a queen suite and we were surprised at how spacious it was! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved how close it was to Icon Park and Universal. Free breakfast and free parking, also!
