Let me start with a positive before I mention my improvements. The front desk staff friendly and my son loved the arcade. However the room is keeping me from rebooking. I don’t think toilet bowl was clean. The AC blows right on the bed. We had to block it with pillows. Carpet was dirty, it had a huge stain. Last, when I originally book I paid a certain amount and it said I would pay x amount when I checked in for other fees but I actually paid double the amount in additional fees?? Not the happiest customer. additional &33.00

While the room was large, the room itself was dated. Our room had a large hole in the curtain, the telephone wire was frayed and exposed where it connected to the phone, cereal on the floor in the bathroom…. Etc. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others.

The beds seem quite high. I'm a fairly healthy 50yr old woman, but I'm 5'3 abd found the bed high to get up on. Would be challenging for elderly and lite kids and possibly dangerous if little kods fall off. The fridge (I thibk it was the fridge) was very loud. Perhaps it was plumbing. It was hard to sleep whatever that sound was. It was off and on. through the night. I wasn't there in the day so cannot tell you if it was consistent through the day.
