Door keys have not been working. Flush was working poorly. Management forced many tenants to change rooms on New Year evening. Breakfasts were terrible-no taste, stuff was not friendly at breakfast room.

Our stay was great but there were some small minor issues. We had a problem with our key, but the front desk was able to resolve the issue. During our stay- there were only 3 towels for a room of 6 and it took some time to get more towels. The pool was dirty. The hotel phone had busy signal and we had to go down to talk to front desk. The hotel seemed short staffed but everyone was very nice and overall it was a great price.

"We loved our stay ! The staff at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable with great pillows, and the location was perfect for Disney World Parks. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety. We'd definitely stay here again!".

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The location is perfect, close to so many fun attractions for kids. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I asked for a late checkout until 4 PM on our last day, they approved it with a very reasonable fee. The service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.
