We were put in anothe room when we arrived and the breakfast was so bad, gave us all stomach upsets and we had to go and spend our own money $40 to get a decent breakfast. I would never stay here ever again or recommend anyone

I must say that i was really impressed with my stay at the Hyatt place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft, I really wanted to take one home with me. surprisingly the price was not bad at all. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Poor customer service, and the floors throughout the hotel were very dirty, including the rooms. Shower valve didn't work properly in our room. Would not stay here again.

Check in was a pain, they had no rooms available despite the fact that I arrived 40 minutes after their check-in time. Staff was not helpful and their only solution was to offer a smaller room than the one I had booked or for me to cancel my reservation and leave. Pur room and the whole building was very dirty, swimming pool needs better maintenence. I would not stay here again.

The property needs ypdating. The wood panels in the elevator are chipping off. The carpet in the hallway is frayed. There was piles of dirty linen in the hallway, when i finally got in my room at 5:15pm. The rooms were not ready at 3pm, as expected. The breakfast was allowed to be completely gone before restocking with more bagels and bread.

We stayed 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned once our entire trip. Everyday I had to call for them to bring towels. The hotel Is dirty. Walking on the floor is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay at Hyatt Regency instead.
