Overall staff and location were wonderful. The only thing we noticed was one of the hot tubs had an extra amount of algae growing in it which made it unusable.

Gostei muito do hotel, visito Orlando a mais de 30 anos e nunca fiquei em Kissimmee. Foi uma boa experiência. Essa viagem foi com meus netos pequenos, 1 ano e meio e outro de 3, marido, filha e genro. Só tenho uma observação: a suíte que fiquei havia um toldo onde não cobria a claridade por estar rasgado. A janela já tem uma parte que não tem cortina então, a luz entra pelos dois lugares. Acho que deveriam rever. Outra coisa, levei um aparelho para ver os canais brasileiros, porém as TVs estavam bloqueadas. Falei com a recepção e nada poderiam fazer. Essas são minhas observações.De um modo geral gostei.

Shortly after we arrived and settled in, we heard what was the front door opening, it was one of the housekeepers who allegedly was assigned to clean the room. Regardless, is your staff not trained to knock on doors before entering ? This one was a big hit for me. The kitchen essentials could be in better shape and cleaner. The toaster was unusable just disgusting. The dryer was leaking rusty water inside itself. Was not usable. Just disgusting. Made me second guess the other appliances I believed I had available. Ceiling fans were extra noisy. The hot tub in the master bedroom would go off on its own in the night and also could be in better condition. The wasted buttons concerned me. Electricity and water does not mix well. I did not bring any of this up to management during my stay but I do hope this gets addressed before someone makes a greater complaint or worse gets hurt. Best of luck.
