I loved the fact that it was close to everything I needed. Publix near by was a cherry on top 😁 Place is lil outdated, not going to lie, but it was great! Only thing I didn’t really like was the fact that both rooms (except the living room,) had no curtains on the windows. So you’re waking up with the sun ☀️ haha. Yeah, just plain blinds, through which lots of light goes through. Not sure if it was just the villa I stayed in, or they’re all like that. Other than that, loved the place, and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

More bang for your buck! Yes the carpet may be a little outdated but it was very clean and all items given to you to keep it tidy there is no housekeeping unless requested for an extra fee but we did not mind that.

Overall very bad experience. The room service is paid and we requested but they didn’t provide. My daughter brought one toy and I requested them to provide screwdrivers on service desk but they didn’t support me and I found out service team by myself and removed battery before reaching to airport. The room equipments like dishwasher, laundry and dryer are not in full working conditions. Think twice before choosing this property.

Rooms good and very nice staff. But some of the facility axillary areas like game room a little outdated. My kids lost lots of tokens and some broken machines. Staff amazing, cleaning crew and pool and everything else kids could not enjoy because of extreme cold wind weather or activities. But it some kids that could tolerate the cold stated pool was amazing. overall great experience but we spent it in the room due to weather.

When we arrived the first night, our room was filthy. The chairs were cracked and peeling. Stains were on everything. Then our heat broke and couldn't be fixed. They moved us to a different room on a different floor and it was like night and day in terms of cleanliness. The second room was much better, however we had an infestation of small bugs. We ended up having to throw our food away. Additionally, the key cards kept getting demagnetized. We had to visit the front desk on 3 separate occasions to get new keys. One time I had to wait about 15 minutes to speak with someone at the front desk while my family stood outside the door due to key card issue. Loved this hotel 15 years ago but it is now very run down.
