Check on was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. Really like that parking is included and not an additional cost. The breakfast was good with many options. The room was okay. It could use some updating. The shower curtain was not long enough so water got all over the floor.

Customer service was great, breakfast was good, and loved how close it is to everything. Only thing I would say would be the cleanliness of the room was a little less than I would like, I found a few hairs that were not mine in the shower and the floor was kind of dirty. The tub/shower was also a little dirty and the material was flaking off. The bed was super comfortable though!

The stay was wonderful, everything was clean and they came every day to clean the room. The breakfast was good and everyone was very friendly. I want to thank Cristina, the manager, and Ivania; they were super professional. Everything was pleasant and quiet. The only downside was the pool; the water was very cold. They should install a temperature controller for the water, but otherwise, everything was great and within walking distance, like Icon Park Point and Pirate Golf. My family and I are very happy. I recommend it and would return again.

Breakfast was ok, had everything you need, rooms were clean and basic. Service was great and friendly. The only negative i would say was the resort fee of $19/night which wasn't communicated, as i believed when booking that all fees were included. Otherwise nice stay.
