The building where I lived was covered in a fence and surrounded by construction equipment. I think it's incredibly bad that they rent out rooms like that, as it was very difficult to access the room every time we left.

Easy check in/check out process. Easy parking. Property and room were clean and well maintained. Room was a good size, clean and balcony was nice. Pool area was perfect; fun activities for the family and open until 11pm perfect to late swim and keeping the kids busy. Food options were great. All activities and recreation are short walking distance. Close to other parks in Orlando and lots of restaurants/stores in the area. Perfect for families. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the apartment-style feel of the place—having a washer and dryer in the unit was a great bonus. The room was clean and the 24-hour fitness center was a nice perk. However, the concierge office felt a bit unattended, and the staff was just okay. We were especially disappointed by the $25 daily parking fee. Since we had kids and brought two cars, we ended up spending over $100 just on parking, which felt excessive. The room wasn’t stocked with extra toilet paper or towels, and we had to call for those, as well as for a door that wasn’t closing properly. Overall, despite a few issues, I’d still rate our stay an 8/10.

Charging a guest such high rates for a room but not having it available during the standard 3pm check in is disappointing especially when hotels make you check out at 10am or 11am. I had to personally call the front desk to make a complaint because I was told that I couldn’t check out late despite already being inconvenienced by the hotel. I also requested a shuttle to pick me up upon my check out and not one shuttle came to get me.
