The room was nice and big, the full kitchen was great and clean. My only one complaint was that the shower in my room didn’t drain properly so whenever I showered I was standing in water and I always find that gross. There also was no shampoo in the provided bottle, luckily I had a little travel bottle with me. The amenities of the property were really great. We didn’t really have time to use them because we spent all our days at Disney, but I’d love to go back and just spend a week there and enjoy the property. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you want a place to stay with a full kitchen, the two bed, two bath room was great.

Overall good. Parking problem on the weekends. Don’t have enough parking spots available for your building. You have to go far to park your car. They offer a ride to bring you back if you call them after parking. They also charge $30 per day for parking. Room service is only every two days.

Lack of cleaning. Lack of towels for bathing. Didn’t make the bed daily. Had to Adk for soap shampoo and conditioner. When you call house keeping you wait on hold and no one responds. Had to go to front desk to get towels and toiletries. Very poor service. Unhappy.

Room and staff were fine but it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Walls were paper thin and we heard every word our neighbors were saying until the wee hours of the night. Early morning there were leaf blowers going nonstop so sleep was nonexistent. The price for parking was also insane.

Our keys stopped working 3 different times over 3 different days and 3 different changes. We were never given a kettle or an extra blanket (travelling with kids) - even though asked multiple times. We were also placed at the furthest area from the communal/eating areas when asked to be closer because of 2yr old and 4 yr old. Lots of things just not tending to for simple comfort/accommodation. When voiced they really didn't care and have had other Marriotts go above and beyond. Wouldn't recommend this Marriott.
