Pool was extremely crowded and there wasn’t nearly enough chairs. The bar out at the pool only had one person working every day, and it was swamped. She did fantastic, but she deserved to have some help. Walls were so thin , could hear all talking and tv from the room next door.

Lots of garbage outside of the room where the seating area is - wasn’t touched all week despite advising of it. Old food ripped apart, plastic bags etc. the grounds are beautiful and the staff work hard to keep them that way. The front desk staff attitudes could be improved. Any question appeared to be a hassle and met without any friendliness and the answers were always incorrect we found out.

All staff was very kind and easy to communicate with. I was told the room would be cleaned every two days but it wasn't until the fourth day. That would be my only negative thing about the property itself.
