Sink in kicked was clogged when we arrived, staff thankfully took care of it as soon as we notified them, but it did take a decent amount of time and it made the room stink so it wasn’t the best way to start our stay.

The room was nice yer I was confused that we had no housekeeping until 3 days after our check in. The staff was fine. I didn't enjoy any of the food I purchased. It was bland or not prepared well.

Great stay! Lovely amenities. Long time to check in though even late at night, then they send you to the desk that tries to sell you park tickets etc just for your parking pass. Other than that great!

Loved it ! The place is very prestigious and family friendly. It’s located in a perfect spot not far from sea world (actually one block away, see the concierge and pick up some great discounts for a great outing! Everything is so fresh and so clean… The amenities are amazing!! So many activities you can do with your kids and solo time for us women at a great spa! Definitely coming back and don’t forget to stop at the concierge to pick up your free gift and another 5 days and 4 nights for only $249!!! This Marriott truly ROCKS!!! The staff are so helpful and sweet!! Oh and there is 4 different pools you can enjoy with like 3 spas! I can go on and on but you definitely need to come here with some friends and or family either way it’s definitely worth your money!!! Thanks Marriott!

The room was immaculate upon arrival. The check-in specialist was conscientious of our little one with special needs and placed us in a room where there was not too much noise outside. They showed great care for us and our family. The free laundry was a perk and they even provided laundry soap. The views were stunning and walking the premises and observing the garden and plants was a great experience. Lots of activities for the little ones and the entire family. I would stay at this hotel again!

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean (1 bdrm king bed) and it was nice to have full kitchen and washer and dryer! Property is conveniently located but far enough from interstate and parks to still be relaxing!

Room and staff. During check-in, we had a sleazy salesman hold our parking ticket while he tried to sell us $150 for the price of our time. Absolutely a horrible strategy to get people to purchase tickets from them. The “VIP” charge for a seaworld ticker for two was listed for $285 but the entry fee for that day was only $54/person in-app. I would have spent double and a half more if I bought it with mister sleaz.
