The Staff was excellent and Camille checked me in she made the check in process simple, she explained everything it felt like I was talking with family. The villa is great!! However, the customer service for checkin was lacking. They had attitude and got snippy when you asked questions. They did not provide great descriptions as the property is huge and the 'gate' personnel gave the worse directions
