The room was spacious, lots of amenities and activities to do in the resort. They also had shampoo conditioner soap and lotion to use upon arrival in the room which was nice to not have to rush and buy some. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Loved that they had activities everyday such as poolside trivia, poolside bingo, specials on mini golf, arts and crafts. Overall great for families of all ages and will definitely go again. Also appreciated the security to come in and leave.. we felt very safe staying there,

Resort is nice, but check in is done like a school cafeteria, there’s no privacy. One guest next to the other shoulder to shoulder, others can hear private info:( Also, no late check out, I called in the early evening like I was told to do and ask for late check out and was told no because all late checkouts were already exhausted?! Anyway, villa did not have any shower caps and no creamer for coffee! We are a family of four, one senior and two kids, we had to hurry on out, paid about $300 a night for that, not happy about it. Could’ve been better.

Towels dirty, loud. Couldn't find the elevators. When I asked for directions, no one can help me. The place is so big. I think people should know how to help people with directions. The light in the second bedroom was not working.
