They cooked the same breakfast the entire we were there. Limited variety for the cereal. Our toilet was clogged and needed to be unclogged. I called the front office and they said someone will be over to take care of it and nobody showed up until I called them again the second time. This took almost the whole day. Also when I booked the hotel, it said the parking was free and then when we got to the hotel the person at the front desk who was not friendly at all said that I had to pay for parking or my car would be towed.

The receptionist, although I didn't catch his name, was incredibly welcoming. He was on duty on the evening of November 25th. All was well, except for the presence of mold on the exterior of our glass window. This is in room 230z, tarnishing our view of the pool.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is close to Universal Epic Universe which was the main purpose of the trip. Also very close to various restaurants.
