Everything were wonderful, room is large enough, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is also good enough. But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started. For ex.I had a flight at 8am and had to leave at 5:30am, and they said sorry no breakfast. Although I paid for it.

Not so good experience. Room service was horrible, we were not informed during Check In process that room service is every other day. We came back from Disney late night and room was not cleaned. Next day I informed front desk that I need everyday room service but it was not followed. Breakfast staff is not so welcoming , facility is under staff. This is not we expect on our vacation.

Terrible experience with the staff. The pool is dirty and HOT tub is not working!! Nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. Very long line to get breakfast. Room was big, but outdated. Shower faucet was broken. I forgot my toothbrush and had to pay for disposable one $3. With such a big choice of hotels around the area I would never choose this one.

Locks didn't work well or at all in the room. Sheets were subpar. It was hard to get enough towels for a family of 5. The shower shampoo and soap pumps were poor and ran out. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper. Very skimpy on everything. The included breakfast was the same every day. Etc. Not a great stay overall.

I want to start off saying that the staff was helpful and very pleasant. However, the conditions of the room were not what I thought it would be. There was mold in the bathroom shower, stains on the towels, and the room rug had a musty smell. I would only return if the rooms are redone.

Front desk service was subpar. Would not answer phones. Rooms were not straightened during the day, even though we followed instructions to request this service. The concierge desk was not helpful- and gave conflicting information on when the shuttles would depart from hotel.

Was ok with the room, stayed clean, they changed our towels. They took our trash out. The toilet paper holder was broken in the wall, there was dust all on the top of the center wall. Then i received my reciept and was not told about $20/day parking. Having a notice about parking would have been great. I was asked if i was parking 1 vehicle and i said yes, and that was it! Dont appreciate that, and from that alone i wont be coming back to this hotel.
