The hotel was very clean and modern. However, our experience was not ideal. My husband, 11 month old, and I froze all night as the heat did not work. The front desk was very kind and attempted to fix it but the only thing they told us to do was turn the system off and gave us extra blankets. The temperature in the room kept dropping and I didn't sleep because I had to keep checking that my 11 month old was ok and warm enough. We were not offered a different room or location. The temperature outside was below 30s, which I know isn't typical for Orlando but it unacceptable to expect guests to deal with the cold and no heat, especially with an infant

Everything was perfect! This is our favorite place to stay on I drive. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the whole hotel is kept very clean. Breakfast was great value for the price and the fitness center had everything I needed. Thanks for a great stay it really comes down to having great staff like your establishment has to make everyone feel at home!
