I have three dissatisfactions with the hotel! 1: In the morning, there are staff members cleaning the glass windows outside the room, making a lot of noise! ​​2: The room is clean as a whole, but the bed is not clean, and I feel very itchy. It is obvious that the quilt and bedspread are not cleaned frequently, and there are a lot of mites that cause itching! 3: The bathroom floor is very slippery, and there is no anti-skid mat. If you go into the bathroom to shower barefoot, you will definitely slip. I have to wear slippers to avoid slipping. If the elderly or children go into the shower barefoot, they will definitely slip. I don’t know if the hotel has purchased accident insurance, otherwise there will be a lot of money to pay for slipping accidents! The hotel must install anti-skid mats on the bathroom floor!

Outdated! pictures online not current, not worth $

First time here, halls reeked unpleasant smell like musky and of someone smoking, rooms outdated, felt dingy and dirty, that my husband had to buy our own cleaning and he mopped the floor and scrubbed bathroom floor himself. AC kept turning off, it was so hot everywhere there. The sheets had yellow stains. Mold on the bathroom walls, noise of kids running up and down the halls, screaming before 8am… horrible! For the $$ they charge for one night, you can easily find comparable, better accommodations plus more like perks like free breakfast. This wasn’t it for sure, glad we were only staying for one night! Amenities weren’t even up to par for the price.

THERE ARE SCAMMERS WITHIN THE BUILDING I’m still giving a poor review because there are some scammers in this Hotel . My total for my stay was 692.32 plus a 100 dollar hold that will be refunded back to me I understand that . This morning I woke up to another charge of 135.98 that the hotel can’t explain to me why . The told me to disproof with my bank , so obviously you charged me … I never charged anything at the hotel nor did I request room service . My bank said it’s an actual charge . And for that I can’t stay at Tryp again . There are some scammers on there and they can’t explain to me why . My bank is doing an investigation as well as Expedia. I have pictures that I posted on google of the charge as well as the receipt from the hotel . So it’s not making sense but please believe I will get to the bottom of it .
