Would really like to give this place 5 stars because it’s in a good location if you have a vehicle to move around in. SeaWorld and aquatica walking distance. Disney parks are about a 20 minute drive. Plenty of dining options nearby and parking is convenient. We had a long drive and they were amazing in giving us an early check in. We stayed about 5 days and on the second the internet went down. No one informed us and we had to inquire about it after about a day and a half. My husband was working remote so that was a huge inconvenience. Also check your parking receipt once you check out. We were charged an extra two days and only realized once we got home. They did refund us but make sure you verify.

Very disappointed with the check-in and their procedures. Was supposed to call or text us when the room was ready and that never happened and clearly our room had been ready for sometime. Arrived in a room and found that they gave us a handicap room which I don’t understand because I booked this almost 2 months ago. Would not stay here again.

Perfect retreat!

We will definitely stay here again next time we plan a trip in Orlando. The suite with kitchenette was FANTASTIC! VERY CLEAN and well maintained. Our first time here. But definitely not our last.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast-it was plentiful, and the dining area was clean. Our studio room was beautiful and included a stove and dishwasher, which was great for storing leftovers. The pool was nice, and we were helpfully provided extra towels. Beautiful view, loved the layout. However, the TV and WiFi were unreliable, often cutting out at night. The toilet had flushing issues, and the bathroom lacked ventilation, causing steam from a hot shower to trigger the fire alarm for 20–30 minutes. We phoned the front desk asking for help with it. It took 20-30 minutes to get assistance, which was frustrating and we ended up leaving the room so they could fix it while we were gone. On our last night, there was a large police presence outside, which was concerning. While we had some good experiences, the technical and maintenance issues made our stay less enjoyable.

Pleasant stay with fam. Breakfast was always hot and fresh…a tad redundant but filling. Wish there was tea and coffee available throughout the day and that the pool was heated. (Polar Plunge!!!!). The only complaint was that we had to ask everyday for toilet paper…..
