Clean, conveniently located near Seawarld with a free shuttle. Very quiet, parking is $15/day. Included breakfast was not the best, almost everything had pork including the scrambled eggs. The so called queen beds are vey small. In room large fridge, microwave, hot top, brewing coffee machine, toaster, pots, utensils, etc. No safe in room, no full size mirror, the water in the faucet was very week.

I was on the 6th floor yet I could smell sewage backup from bathtub drainage. I didn't knew that smell was coming from there. I didn't closed the bathtub drainage and the whole room was filled with bad smell. Reception never picks up the call irrespective of when you call.

Parking fees of $15/day. no signage on property , outside of a paper they give you at check in, it buried within paragraphs of information but not clearly visible. Ive stayed at many hotels and resorts and parking fees were on a sign at the front desk or when you pull up to the property

Asked for a crib 3 weeks in advance and did not have one when we arrived. Had to wait over 2 hours for one, my mother in law had to walk to the neighbouring hotel to borrow one. Room smelt like cigarettes and the AC unit leaked in the room.

Marriot, it is no longer acceptable not to clean each room every single day! We won’t be using your hotels until you get back to taking care of the customer and stop cutting corners. Try cutting the CEO’s pay them stop providing cleaning services.
