I saw the one stars and didn't see what other people saw until I went to the place myself, looked nothing like the pictures. windows were boarded up and place looked dirty, walked in and got stared at the whole time, whole thing felt real unsafe. they also do checkin super late and have no lobby to stay in so we were turned away until 3. didn't even bother checking in, checked into a different hotel. never again

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, efficient, and convenient. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the mattress covers were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby! Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend.

This location could be going through renovations but a lot of issues. My bathroom door wasn’t even lined up so closing it was a mission, drawers too tight to open or glued shut. Hotel was not the Wyndham quality I’m used to. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had the choice.

Unfortunately the best part of this one hour stay was the check in staff, they were kind and understanding as my partner and I checked in and out within an hour due to the state of the room. It has a small, broken deadbolt, hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and dirty walls/floor. My partner and I did not feel safe in this establishment sadly.

The staff was really friendly. Hotel located in a great place. Walkable distance to restaurants. I would only recommend a better cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom. But overall it was a good time at the hotel.

this was, by far, the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. i shouldn’t even say stayed, because i checked out within15 mins of checking in. a lot of it is under renovation, which is fine, but then the rest of the available rooms should be clean. our room contained live and dead centipedes, 2 of which being poisonous. seemed to be blood splattered in the corner of the room. the beds had some kind of fecal matter (i’m assuming rodent) and hair. the staff at the front was very friendly, but they could not provide me with a refund since the manager was not there.

Conveniently located on International drive where you find lots of restaurants and bars. Also lots of souvenir shops If you are using public transportation to get there from the airport be aware that it is an hour bus ride Staff at the reception was friendly Bed was confortable I had a room on the pool side On my last day a guest started honking early in the morning which woke me up Reception sells water bottle Couch in my unit has seen better days, definitely should get a deep clean Realised on my last night that there was a black mark on the sheet on the side of the bed I was not using After my first night cleaning team has not passed by then after the second night they changed towels but didn't do the bed like hotels normally do.

Good stay. Clean sheets and towels. No hot water. Toilet ran continuously but did flush. Shower eventually drained. Front door missing screw from striker plate. Window was not locked upon first day of room entry. Outside window glazing damaged, from a possible previous attempted break in. Everything else worked. I had 3 good nights sleep and shower head worked. Room was ok for price point.

When I arrived the place did not appear to look like the pictures advertised. The front of the building was tore up. I booked two Queen sized beds and the beds were maybe full size at best. The room smelled of mildew and the condensation in the room was extreme. My toilet did not work in my room. There were dead bugs inside the room and rust everywhere. I booked the room for 5 nights and I stayed for only 1 night. I do not recommend the place.

There is not really any hot water, the tv was stuck on one channel and the tv wouldn't turn off. There were some blood stains on the pillows Pretty noisy outside. The staff was really nice
