This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. Complimentary starter supplies are provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.

Starter supplies include:

The property is very nice. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The floor plan was perfect for my family’s stay. We had no problems. I would just recommend earplugs for any light sleepers because the walls are pretty thin.

We loved the condo! Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 nights and were so exhausted from the Universal Studios parks we didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Highly recommend this place! So close to the Universal Parks and great for us with 2 families.

Unit was very clean and location for us was great. The floors are pretty beat up, which didn’t affect our stay, but looks bad. Had to search for more towels for bathroom that were stores in a bedroom closet

VCR1-304 Reserve Deluxe Condo

The check in process was VERY customer friendly.The property was nicely clean. It was as described.The Condo Properties were clean but the main pool for the other sections of the community was under MAJOR repair, and was waaay behind schedule. I'm glad we weren't in that section. The other section was directed to our very nice pool. This caused some crowded days, but no animosity was shown by our fellow sun worshipers. Great location, with grocery,Chipotle, and other conveniences nearly on the property.Thanks for the stay.

Spacious, comfy and convenient

I stayed with two colleagues to attend a conference at the convention center. Easy access to Uber/Lyft and short ride to convention center, with grocery, diner and liquor all in walking so super convenient. Layout of apartment was perfect, generous space, and host was very hospitable, we felt very welcome and beds were comfy. Apartment had everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the pool or amenities but appreciated that there were passes provided

Clean and Well Maintained Condo

The condo was great for our business trip to orlando. The house had nice finishes and was in great shape. I have stayed at many which present well and did not deliver, this house matches the photos and worked well. Very clean.
