The reception staff came across quite rude. We arrived before check in time and just questioned if there would be any chance a room would be available before 3pm as we had been travelling all day. There was no chance of this so we came back at 3 for the room to still be unavailable. We had to wait a further half an hour with no real apology for this. The breakfast provided at the hotel had a wide selection of choices and on our last day we were leaving before breakfast started so we did ask if there was a breakfast to take away which was provided. Just to add the cleaner however was super friendly and provided us with an extra pillow which redeemed the experience.

The location of the hotel was great and the area around is very nice as well. Room was quite small, but it was still comfortable and clean. Overall great value for price

Das Frühstück ist der super und die Bürokratie beschränkt sich auf ein Minimum. Die Mitarbeitenden sind nicht sehr Multitasking fähig und im Zimmer hätte ich mir etwas mehr Stauraum gewünscht.

Das Hotel ist in guter Entfernung vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist gut. Die Dusche ist etwas eng aber sauber. Was ich gut finde, die Zimmer werden bei längerem Aufenthalt alle 4 Tage gereinigt und die Tücher gewechselt, mehr braucht es nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und jeden Tag anders. Es gibt noch die Möglichkeit das Fitness Studio zu besuchen.
