The staff are the shining stars of this place, even arriving late and the restaurant was closed I was able to get food. The staff including reception and management were so accommodating that my family member had a service animal for her mental health. The bar staff were friendly and welcoming. This hotel is a shining star of a hotel and anyone reading this I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you so much for showing true hospitality

Lovely clean room and good front desk service. It is a bit difficult to find in the dark. It's just a 4 to 5 minute walk from the airport but there are no signs. I was told by someone that the airport won't allow them to put signs up.

Breakfast serving area cramped, poor selection. While having evening meal the barmaid was sneezing, blowing her nose , rubbbing her nose with her hands then pouring drinks without cleaning her hands. We had to sanitize our drinks glasses before drinking from them.

Property was adequate for my overnight stay for an early flight from the airport. Front staff (Louise?) very helpful at my check-in at 5:00 pm on Monday, November 17. Dinner in cafe was excellent. Could not get on the internet with my BonVoy account, room phone was broken, at 10:00 pm the front desk did not answer multiple phone calls from my cell phone. This was annoying enough to ruin an otherwise good review.

Parkigg by is £18 a night which is day light robbery! The plumbing is super loud and kept us up all night! Would avoid! The room is nice but what use is that if you can’t sleep due to the gurgling plumbing
