We had a very unpleasnat night. Couldn't turn the noisy sir-con off and it was blowing out cold air . Had to cover my head with my clothing.. checked in about 8pm for an early morning flight. Some sleep would have been good! John I am getting in direct contact with the hotel.

Came of an early morning Canada flight. Needed sleep badly. The very kind lad at check in pulled out all the stops and got me a room by 11am. Very grateful for that bed and went straight to sleep. So 10/10 for that lad. View from my room at 607 added

Our bathroom smelled liked urine, the room was tired and worn. We had a wasp flying around our room. Outside lighting on our early morning walk to airport wasnt very bright, dark in some areas, not safe.

Staff didn't seem interested when havi g dinner never in my life have I ever been served my starter and main course together by the time was finished our starter the main course was cold. Told the waiter when he came over with it we told him the main course would be cold by the time we finished our starter he just said well the chef gave it to me.

We have stayed here many times and have always found it to be spotless. On this occasion there was a long black hair in the bath and someone had spat out toothpaste in the sink which hadn't been cleaned up. Not to their usual standard, but wouldn't stop us going back. Everything else was great
