The stay at the Posada Terra Santa felt luxurious from start to finish. The staff were helpful and friendly, with excellent recommendations for places to eat. The private spa was well maintained and a lovely relaxing experience after the bustle of Palma. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that we could want. We had a great stay and will definitely book here again if we return to Palma.

Definite WOW factor on arrival. Very stylish but relaxed oasis in hot and busy city with extremely happy, helpful staff. Great roof terrace with plunge pool and food is delicious. Didn’t want to leave!

Classy and stylish hotel. Large room (and we only had the standard) with comfy bed, silent air con and a bottle of bubbly! Super roof top pool area for a cool down. We booked to use the private spa for an hour which was a real treat. Staff were unbelievably helpful. They recommended and booked restaurants, booked taxis and sorted an early breakfast.

Second visit and won't be the last

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel - the staff really do go above and beyond to help you in anyway, even going so far as to go out and get me an anniversary card that I had forgotten to get for my husband! The only thing I'd say is that it was quite pricey for a late checkout (7pm rather than 12pm). With a discount this still came in at €150 - we could have stayed an extra night for only a little bit extra! But still, it really is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous roof top pool area.

Location: Right in centre of Palma in a quiet street ideal for shops pubs and restaurants
Superb hotel in a great location in centre of Palma.very friendly staff always there to help. Superb breakfast to start your day highly recommended

Dieses Hotel bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann: Lage, Ruhe, Erholung, Nähe zum Zentrum, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist wie im Schlaraffenland … alles frisch und vielseitig! Jederzeit wieder und zu empfehlen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine wahre Perle in Palma. Herzlichen Dank an die MitarbeiterInnen, welche einen tollen Job machen und diesvon Herzen!!!
