Cheap and cheerful - Great for a budget break

Pros: Close to airport, great breakfast, clean and tidy. Nice compact pool area for swimming / sunbathing
Cons: Fridge in room, free wifi, free safe facilities in room (you have to pay for all of these if you want them)
Location: Manchester Pub is a short walk away - Great bar. 10 minutes walk to other bars and all the beaches. Shops and supermarkets right next to hotel.
Hotel Linda does exactly what is says in other reviews - Great budget hotel for a sunshine break in this lovely part of Mallorca. Hotel is typical of the ones you see. For the price paid I cannot fault the services and facilities offered. Great pool area with open bar, fantastic breakfast, bike hire, daily housekeeping. Was exactly what we wanted. I would go back here if returning. Hotel is first stop on Bus 21 making it also very convenient for to and from the airport and just 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches. Buses to Palma stop right outside the hotel. We stayed on the top floor overlooking Palma and the bay in the distance, great views of planes landing and taking off - The aircraft noise was not a issue.

Basic but very satisfactory

Wonderful staff.2* rooms but 4* food.Fridge hire 30e per week.30 mins to Palma on bus.No compalints at all.

low cost quality hotel with excellent breakfast

Great location, 10 walk to the beach, 5 minutes to shops. Bus stop right next to hotel as well, bus 21 to and from airport and bus 15 into Palma. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed too. Though aircon was a bit limp and struggled to cool room down. Wifi was 6 euros a day, or 12 for 3 days, or 20 for a week. Safety deposit box was 4 euros a day (again I think was 20 for a week). Breakfast was excellent, even had cooked options (fried eggs, scrambled, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and other different options each day!) Was a buffet with cakes, pastries, cereals, toast, meats, fruit - so much to offer! Pool was clean though a little small. Preferred going to the beach anyway. Would definitely stay here again.

Good no frills.

Very nice staff.No fridge but we hired a mini fridge for E30 for the week.We had a three bed room which was more spacious than the last stay.A few English channels on the portable TV.The food has declined slightly since last year with processed turkey roll,burgers instead of proper fresh cooked meats.Lovely salads and desserts.If you can get a good early booking price it is good value.Has air con and plenty of hot water.Buy a targeta 10 for easy rides to Palma. mins by bus from the airport.No marks for style but very comfortable to stay in.Very clean.Daily room cleaning with fresh towels.

great location

Great hotel with bus stop for airport and Palma right outside the door. Ideal for anyone wanting to stroll on the prom. You can walk all the way to Palma (5 miles) or Arenal (3 miles) Staff very helpful, rooms clean with all the basics that are needed. Food buffet style so unless you are very picky you can always find something. It doesnt promote itself as 5* so if that is what you want then maybe pass it by. Was our 4th time there and hopefully will return, a real little 3* gem.

Hyvin vanha ja kulunut hotelli. Työntekijät oli Mallorcan tapaan hyvin huonosti käyttäytyviä ja epäkohteliaita. Hotelli oli suorastaan kuin museo! Ainoa hyvä asia oli illallis buffetti, johon ei kuulunut edes juomaksi vesi. Aamiaisen salaatti oli koko viikon illallis jämät, eli puoli mätäntynyt kurkut ja tomaatit.

In die Jahre gekommenes roc Hotel

Pros: s.o.
Cons: s.o.
Ich bin Mallorca Vielreisender, etwa 5-6 mal Pro Jahr, war zwischenzeitlich aber 3 Jahre nicht dort im Haus. Erstaunlich war, dass der Oberkellner noch wusste, dass ich zum Abendessen "serveza sin" getrunken habe. Ansonsten ist die Lage (umringt von Hauptverkersstrassen) nicht gerade prickelnd. Die Zimmer in den 5 Etagen dem Meer zugewandten Seite (Zi. x12-x15) werden wohl immer als DZ zur Einzelnutzung vergeben, da dort die Bushaltestelle sehr lange für Lärm sorgt. Das Haus hat keine Einzelzimmer. Mein Zimmer war frisch gestrichen und machte einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Bad, mit zwei Hähnen für warmes und kaltes Wasser sollte doch mal renoviert werden. Die Mahlzeiten waren 3** angemessen. Beim Abendessen hat mich gewundert, was man für 4,90 € Aufpreis bieten kann, wenn auch der Eindruck vom 1. Tag desolat war. Völlig versalzener Lachs, zerkochte Fischfilets und Putenpinchos wie "Knüppel auf Kopf". Ab dem nächsten Tag wurde es erheblich besser, auch wenn man mit wenig Mehraufwand das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i" hätte treffen können (Soßen zu Kurzbratfleisch fehlten einfach usw.). Für mich war der Aufenthalt von 9 Tagen bei sehr gutem Wetter hier in Ordnung, auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her. Man Bedenke: Es ist ein 3*** Haus und sollte die Erwartungen den entspr. Konditionen anpassen -- und das ist nicht allein der nicht vorhandene Fön.
