Sehr geehrter Gast, Vielen Dank für die Bewertung unseres Hotels. Es freut uns, dass Sie allgemein mit Ihrem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Wir erlauben uns anzumerken, dass die Bettwäsche alle zwei Tage gewechselt wird. Die Bettwäsche besteht aus Agiptian-Baumwolle und ist brandneu. Die Zimmer werden zweimal täglich (morgens und abends) gereinigt. Schade, dass Sie sich nicht gleich an unsere Rezeption gewandt haben, denn wir hätten gern eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für Sie gefunden.
