Charming apartment in the heart of Palma



Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.



Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.



The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.



Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, ideal for easy access and beginning to discover the city.



From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering.



Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.



We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.

Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.



Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.



In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.



Check-in time: from 14:00 h.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.



The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.



Additional information



The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents. If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance that you will arrive by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property, which I had been looking forward to for a long time with my family. Please keep in mind. It took me two years to save for this vacation.Upon our arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. There were only two towels and a floor mat provided for our family of four, and the sofa bed was not made up with sheets. When we finally found the sheets, they appeared unwashed and were bundled together, which was concerning.Most importantly, the air conditioning did not work during our entire four-day stay. Despite my complaints and your assurances that a technician would be sent, the temperature in the room remained uncomfortably high, reaching around 101F. We had to take multiple showers each night just to stay cool, which made our vacation quite stressful.Given the discomfort and challenges we faced during our stay, I believe a refund of at least 100% would be a fair resolution for the inconveniences we experienced. You made our vacation miserable.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear from you soon.Thank Olga

Great location

The apartment is not quite as plush as expected but is in a great location. From a disable access point of view you need to be aware there is a quite a large step into the apartment. The people managing the apartment were excellent, quick to respond to questions and dealt promptly with any issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Appartement bien placé mais infestation de cafard ( cafardos, cockroach)

L’appartement est bien placĂ© et convient trĂšs bien pour 4 personnes. Cependant nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu par l’infestation de cafard, nous avons appelĂ© le matin , on les a prĂ©venu qu’il fallait faire une dĂ©sinsectisation, ils ne sont pas venus. C’est avec acharnement jusqu’au soir que nous avons continuĂ© Ă  appeler, sans qu’il nous trouve une solution. AprĂšs 26h d’attentes, pas dormi car il y avait les cafards, ils nous ont trouvĂ© une solution et relogĂ©. Cependant, l’amertume ressenti pendant l’attente, et le "passez une bonne nuit" d’une personne qui nous rĂ©pondait par message nous font amĂšrement regretter notre choix. Cordialement, Camille

The Location is great, the apartment overall fine, but there are also: ants, mold and HUGE roaches everywhere! The agency made us pay for two nights, although we only spent one there.
