ein sehr schönes Objekt in Super Lage zur Playa. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen und nicht sonderlich modern. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind super gepflegt und Sauber.

Prima villa maar niet voor ons.

Opzich een prima villa, bij aankomst zag alles er best goed uit wel wat gedateerd maar dit zie je ook op de foto’s. Meer dan genoeg ruimte prima slaapkamers en genoeg badkamers.. Tot dat ‘s avonds de politie aan de deur stond omdat de buurman had geklaagt voor overlast. 2 boetes ontvangen 1 voor overlast en 1 voor covid-19. We waren met teveel mensen. Achteraf hebben we gehoord dat deze buurman dit elke week bij iedere groep doet die naar Mallorca komt voor een feestje. Boek deze villa dus niet als je gezellig een muziekje via je bluetooth speaker wil draaien en het gezellig wilt hebben met vrienden! Daarnaast beschikt de villa niet over een airco, staat ook niet aangegeven maar anno 2020 en voor het bedrag dat we betaald hebben verwacht je dit wel. Dan nog de badkamers, heel fijn dat we er genoeg hadden maar de helft van de tijd zaten we zonder water of met een erg lage waterdruk. Fijn douche zat er dus ook niet in. Conclusie: zonder deze zeikerige buurman en met airco en wat water zou dit een top villa zijn op een super locatie dicht bij de strip (achter mega park).

Haus direkt am Ballermann ohne Parties, Sauberkeit und mit einem nervigen Nachbarn

Das Inserat war ĂŒberzeugend. Ausgeschrieben als Villa direkt am Ballermann und am Strand fĂŒr 10 Personen war genau das, was gesucht wurde. Die Fotos zeigten ein Sauberes und gut erhaltenes Haus. Leider war die Wahrheit etwas anders. Nicht wie im Angebot beschrieben, war keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, was den Schlaf bei mindestens 20 Grad sehr erschwerte. Als wir ankamen, war der Pool total verschmutzt und die eine Toilette hatte noch Urinspuren des vorherigen Mieters drauf. Obwohl das Haus direkt am Ballermann und somit an einem sehr Lauten Ort liegt, hatten wir tĂ€glich Probleme mit dem Nachbarn der Villa wegen unserer LautstĂ€rke, die nun einfach mal entsteht, wenn man zu 10. in der selben Villa lebt. Das Trinkwasser, welches im Hause zur VerfĂŒgung gestanden ist, wurde einem nach der Abreise noch zusĂ€tzlich verrechnet, obwohl davon nie die Rede war. Auf der Spitze des Eisberges, fanden wir Insekten in den KĂŒckenutensilien. Als wir am Ersten Tag Nudeln auf dem Herd kochten, fanden sich kurze Zeit spĂ€ter KĂ€fer im Nudelwasser. Auch nachdem wir dieses ausgeleert und mit neuen Nudeln und neuem Wasser ersetzten, fanden wir kurze Zeit spĂ€ter erneut KĂ€fer darin. Ab diesem Tag kochten wir nicht mehr in der Villa. GrundsĂ€tzlich wĂ€re es ein sehr tolles Haus, welches jedoch besser Instand gehalten werden sollte.

Urlaub in der Finca Tossals

DienFinva liegt wie ein kleiner verborgener Schatz umringt von Hotels direkt hinter dem Balleario 4 , ca 400 Meter vom Strand. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he ( zu Fuß 3 Min.) befindet sich einer großer Supermarkt in dem es alles gibt. Das Mobiliar ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tische und StĂŒhle sind etwas mitgenommen, WasserhĂ€hne Tropfen teilweise oder sind undicht und wackeln. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nur teilweise wenn sie es wollte. Mit wenig Mitteleinsatz könnte man viel erreichen. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein Highlight und lĂ€dt zum verewigen in der Finca ein. Entweder haben wir Essen bestellt oder selber gegrillt. Die Abende im Garten waren wunderschön. Wer ins Leben will lĂ€uft 5 Minuten und ist am Megapark, Bier oder Schinkenstrasse. Manchmal grölen Gruppen, dies aber nicht zu vermeiden. Einsetzten Punkt, die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war leider nicht nach unseren Vorstellungen. Leider mĂŒssen unsere VorgĂ€nger aber auch gewĂŒstet haben. Wir haben selber noch viel Dreck Weg gerĂ€umt. Alles in allem, Wer eine Top Lage außerhalb eines Hotels wĂŒnscht, und mit dem Objekt gepflegt umgeht, kann einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit privatem Pool.

Das Haus besitzt alles was man benötigt, es ist auch ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die vielen Badezimmer sind auch ein großer Vorteil. Einziges Manko die Betten im Haus sind sehr schlecht. Wenn man Morgens wach wird hat man das GefĂŒhl man liegt auf dem Boden, weil man ĂŒber Nacht sehr tief einsinkt. Ich freu mich schon auf mein Bett. Man ist in 5min am Meer oder im Megapark. In direkter NĂ€he befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der aber sehr teuer ist. In ca. 500m ist ein spanischer Supermarkt der gĂŒnstige ist und alles im Angebot hat.

Eine schöne, gepflegte Finca mit ausreichend Platz und einer gesamt tollen Anlage samt Pool.

Die Lage der Finca war wie Online beschrieben in sehr schnell erreichbarer StrandnĂ€he. Unser Feriendomizil war sehr gepflegt und es war ausreichend rĂ€umliche FlĂ€che verfĂŒgbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Selbstversorger) waren ausreichend vorhanden, auch die Möglichkeit zur Fahrzeuganmietung. Gern empfehlen wir die Finca weiter.
