We came in for thunder beach motorcycle ralley. We arrived at 2:45 pm Cst. The front desk agent was quite rude and very abrupt. I thought it was just me but others were complaining. It was only 15 min until 3pm and after asking if we could please check in as our room was ready she rudley stated, NO, I will wait until 3p.. she didnt greet any of us with a smile, and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her by checking in. Other than that we loved it and i am curreny looking to book your establishment for October.

We were visiting on a very busy weekend (Thunder Beach) and 3pm was the check in time for everyone. They had 1 person on the check in desk; our party had 7 rooms to check into and there were another 10 people at least waiting to check in or ask questions. Took well over an hour and a half to clear the lobby. One more person on the desk would have been great. This was my only complaint.

The room had a smell of feces. The hot water in tub leaked thewhole time, the wall behind the shower must have a leak cause the wall was wet . The bathroom floor needed to be steam cleaned as it was sticky, dirty, & slick in spots.

Not bad if traveling without pets

My biggest complaint for this hotel, was that our room smelled like wet dog and dog urine. I completely understand we stayed on the floor where they put everyone who traveled with pets. However our room had smelled as if it was never cleaned (I do want to put it out there that it was a nice room and presented clean) but the smell was hard to navigate. We even purchased an air freshener to help for the day and half we were there and it wasn’t much help. If I was not traveling with a pet, we would stay here again. Traveling with a pet, we would probably pass up staying here even for the price.

We had a lengthy check in time, due to a previous person wasn’t’ prepared’ and had to come back to complete their check in. Then we had to wait for her to go & do something else. There was no hair dryer in the room.
