Very well positioned, good value for money

Pros: Friendly staff, nice view, well positioned - it allows you to quickly reach the city centre by foot (approx. 40 min) or by metro (approx. 15 min).
Cons: Communication between staff, dealing with client requests in a more rapid manner.
We booked 5 nights in August, we had a lovely room at the 5th floor, with balcony and a fabulous view of Place de Clichy. The room is reasonable in size, a bit tight of space when going to the bathroom, but if you plan to be a 'full-time tourist', don't worry - the bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean. Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the cleaning staff - they've mistaken one of our bags for garbage, and then said they've never seen it in the room. We had some fruits and cereal bars there, so nothing valuable, but the communication between staff was poor in dealing with this problem. It took us 3 days to talk to the manager, and we've told our story a couple of times, dealing with frustration. However, everything was solved soon enough, and they paid back an estimate amount of the goods we had in the bag. All in all, we strongly recommend the hotel - cozy, very good value for money, nice view, and well positioned.

Personnel vraiment sympathique, chambre vraiment propre, bien centrée dans pour des balades ou shopping transport public ou taxi juste à 30m de l’hôtel

Le plus : L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel fait plaisir. L'hôtel a aussi un très bon emplacement. Je reviendrai pour cela. Le petit moins : La qualité des deux oreillers qui sont très mous. La qualité des serviettes de bains et visage qui sont extrêmement fines et n'épongent pas assez.

Ideale Lage, nahe an Metro

Pros: Die Sauberkeit, Receptiondienst, Restaurant service und die Lage
Location: Metro Place de Clichy
Tolle Service, vor allem Constantin, der Abend Front Office Clerk, sehr nett und dienstbereit.

hôtel accueillant

Pros: La chambre même si un peu petite, la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel.
Cons: l'ascenseur
Location: En bas de l’hôtel métro l'Arc de Triomphe, la Tour Eiffel, Notre Dame le Sacré Cœur La Place du tertre
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Paris. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et à l'écoute. Notre chambre au 5 ème étage était bien même si elle était un peu petite. Située à l'arrière de l’hôtel nous avons bien dormi. Aucun bruit. Le petit déjeuner bien dans une salle accueillante et une personne très sympa.

Klein aber fein

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Lift hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und farblich sehr gut abgestimmt. Alles in allem ein tolle Atmosphäre
