We were so so pleased with this hotel & location. It’s only like 2 blocks from the metro, which we used a ton. But we also loved how you can walk to endless cafe’s restaurant and shopping very close to the hotel. I appreciated that at night you have to buzz the front desk to let you in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was actually SO COMFY and the comforter! We slept amazing. Also, LOVED having the AC, I can’t sleep if my room isn’t freezing. 10/10. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back Paris.

The property was amazing. My problem was with the staff. When we arrived there was a doorman who was helping people that were leaving with there luggage as the got into there taxi. We were 3 women with 6 pieces of luggage he turned his back and went back into the hotel. Once inside we proceeded to to check-in. Because were early we were asked to wait. Which was understandable we waited 3 hours. While we waited we watched a waitress constantly taking drink orders from patrons all around. Never once did she come to us. My sisters got up and got our drinks and potato chips. After we had finished our drinks the waitress came to remove the empty glasses. She looked at us like it was beneath her to provide service to us. So I deliberately asked her if she was having a bad day? No response. Then I asked her if she was tired? No response. I told my sisters maybe she doesn't understand English very well. When I got up to use the restroom a few minutes later she was laughing and having a grand conversation with a group of English speaking people. I was determined to make her speak to me. I walked up to her interrupted her at her duties and asked where the restroom was. She finally spoke and said there. At the time we were the only people of color in the check in, lobby lounge area. We also ordered dinner from outside of the hotel. They didn't let the delivery service inside the hotel. I was told delivery service weren't allowed in the hotel. Did not feel welcomed at all.

Had a great stay here. Great location for walking or transit. Some good restaurants nearby, can walk to Notre-Dame in about 15 minutes. Room is very small, but typical of price point and Europe. Place des Vosges is just around the corner and check out land and monkey at the end of the block for some great bakery and lunch options

Me hospedé en el Hotel Turenne Le Marais y mi experiencia fue muy buena en general. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ En la recepción nos recibió una señora muy amable que hablaba español, lo cual facilitó mucho la comunicación. Además, estuvo siempre atenta a resolver dudas y darnos recomendaciones, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La ubicación es muy conveniente, a pocos pasos de la estación de metro, lo que nos permitió movernos rápida y cómodamente por toda la ciudad. Alrededor del hotel hay una gran variedad de opciones de comida: desde restaurantes hasta una carreta de crepas, además de un supermercado, panaderías (perfectas para armar un lunch) y tiendas de souvenirs. Incluso hay una iglesia muy bonita cerca. La habitación es pequeña y no tiene espacio ni mesa para colocar la maleta, y el baño también es bastante reducido. Sin embargo, todo corresponde exactamente a lo que se muestra en las fotografías, por lo que no hubo sorpresas. En resumen, un hotel con excelente ubicación, atención amable y comodidades justas, ideal para quienes buscan practicidad en su estancia en París.

Quiet and comfortable

The room was small but it was very nice and comfortable. My husband and I were fine in the room with 2 medium suitcases. The a/c worked great. It was my number one requirement to book a place. It was in a quiet street, with a couple of restaurants across the street but so many others a short block away to restaurants, bars, cafes and boulangeries. It was in between 2 metro stops on the main cross street. We used both Saint-Paul and Bastille stations and that was our main way to go everywhere. A few short blocks away was a ton of shopping and overall it’s just a great place to stay. It really surpassed my expectations.

Affordable option in an excellent location

The location of the hotel is amazing, within walking distance of Place Vosges, tons of restaurants, and many markets. The room had French doors that opened up to a quiet side street. We were able to check in early. The hotel offers a free water fountain in the lobby. The room was comfortably sized and the bed had 2 pillows per person. I would highly recommend this affordable hotel for its excellent location.
