I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel its clean and modern and in a good area as you have a restaurant next door and some shops across the road as well as a petrol station. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Weekend in Scotland

Pros: Wheelchair friendly - just
Cons: More wheelchair friendly
Location: St Johnstone vs Hibs Forfar Athletic vs Ayr Utd
Room booked for 3 adults but only two lots of tea making items

Enjoyable Stay

Pros: Cosiness and lovely staff
We stayed in the Holiday Inn for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Even though the hotel is a few miles outside Perth it is on a major bus route with the bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel itself was very comfortable and warm on such 3 cold nights in Perth. Comfy rooms with free wifi which we can't live without these days. Plenty of parking and a nice pub restaurant next door. Great breakfast which is included in the price. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel for group of friends

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Good sized rooms. Hard to fault really.

Overnight Trip to Perth

Again an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express in Perth . All good in general but the carpet in Room 26 has a significant rumple running the length of the room representing a considerable trip hazard .
