What a great B&B. Comfortable room, excellent shower, tasty breakfast made to order each morning, on-site parking, super friendly & helpful hosts and a perfect location to explore the beautiful town of Pitlochry. A fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The room was very large and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and polite. Only problem was checking in. Have to check in at the building beside the rooms. Signage for that on the Claymore would help

One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful.

Received email for online reception which included helpful update on local area. Warm welcome at hotel and all staff were keen to check we had everything we wanted. Looking forward to returning to explore area more.

Wonderful stay in the Claymore guest house

We spent two nights in this beautiful guest house. The owner Gordon met us on arrival and was so helpful in suggesting where to go for something to eat or drink. The room was lovely, very big with a shower room, dressing room and cloakroom. The bed was so comfortable! At breakfast the staff were so nice and helpful. We had a lovely view onto the front lawn which had been well looked after. Very colourful flowers and even a friendly pheasant appeared in the morning. The guest house is well situated as you can walk into Pitlochry within 5 minutes.

Das B&B wurde wohl vom benachbarten Hotel übernommen. Das Zimmer war super, Personal sehr freundlich. Aber ein B&B ist es halt nicht mehr sondern mur noch eine Erweiterung des Hotels. Das Standard-Frühstücksbuffet gibt es nun auch im Hotel. Ende März, Dienstag, 9:00 war der Frühstückssaal überfüllt. Schade, dass dies nicht entsprechend kommuniziert wird, und es noch als B&B vermarktet wird.
