The hotel and it's staff were fabulous. Expedia on the other hand-absolutely horrible. Had to leave a day late but already paid for 3 nights AND did online check in. When we got to check in, our room had been cancelled. No refund AND had to pay DOUBLE what I originally paid to stay 2 nights and no refund. I will never EVER use Expedia again and will make sure our story is told whenever I get a chance. Shame on you Expedia.

Airport shuttle was great, reception staff was amazing, but the set up of the hotel was just weird. The elevators are not in the lobby area, instead they are at the end of a very long hall full of rooms and there are NO signs pointing you towards them. Just odd.
