No place on Cape San Blas has quite as much going on as Barrier Dunes, the gated gulf front community on the Northernmost tip adjacent to the State Park. This neighborhood of townhouses is an ideal destination for the outdoor enthusiast with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, fishing ponds, a playground and pet stations throughout encouraging an afternoon stroll with your dog. Not to mention all of the fun that can be had at the State Park with the nature trails and boat ramp welcoming you to both the bay and the gulf.

Any time of year is a special time with kids and families sharing memories in the spring and summer and breathtaking fall sunsets to the tight-knit group of busy visitors that congregate during the winter months. This 2 bedroom, end unit can accommodate a party of 6 comfortably along with your pet. It is a short walk to the beach and you have a view of the community tennis courts. There is a large enclosed shower outdoors for you to wash the beach away before stepping inside. Pack your bathing suit and your food (unless you want to cook your catch) and we have the rest covered for you. We’ll be waiting on your arrival any time of year!

 Floor Plan: Ground level – paved, covered parking for 2. 1st level – kitchen, dining area and living room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD/VCR and furnished deck; full bath and Bedroom 1 – queen bed, TV and small deck. 2nd level – Bedroom 2 – top floor master bedroom with king bed, TV, deck and full bath with double vanities, large closet, shower, tub and laundry room.
