Dear Marjo, we are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the closer to the roof, the hotter is the weather, and the air-conditioner is not strong enough to regulate the temperatures perfectly. The hotel is located in one of the most visited parts of Prague, so unfortunately some noise is inevitable.
