Alles angenehm bequem, einzig das Bad ist verhältnismässig eng (auf dem WC), und in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit (Wiederverwendung von 1x gebrauchten Tüchern) ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Ansonsten aber alles einwandfrei

Frage mich wie dieses Hotel mit 5 Sternen bewertet wird. Für mich aller höchstens 3 Sterne. Zimmer total abgenutzt. Renoviert wurde dieses hotel schon lange nicht mehr ausser mal frische Farbe angebracht. Bei uns im Zimmer war die Bettwäsche dreckig die Badetücher riechen schlecht der Tresor funktionierte nicht! Wirgingen an die Rezeption und schilderten die Mängel, die Mängel wurde zwar entgegen genommen aber man hat dort schon gesehen das es die Mitarbeiter nicht interessiert an der Rezeption, natürlich wurde auch nichts gemacht. Es wurde auch nichts richtig geputzt. Wie die Tücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht einfach wieder aufgehängt. Auch nach der 2 Reklamation ging nichts. Sehr sehr enttäuschend. Auch das Parkhaus das zum Hotel gehört kostet sage und schreibe 25 Euro pro Tag! Frechheit. Das Frühstück war okay, aber viel zu wenig Plätze so das man warten musste bis man Frühstücken konnte. Die Lage des Hotel finde ich aber sehr gut 2 Metro Stationen und man ist mitten ind der Stadt. Ich hoffe das dieses Hotel bald was ändert.
