I’m a little confused on some of the bad reviews this resort received because my experience from start to finish was EXCEPTIONAL! I mean hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Everybody was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond with everybody that I witnessed as well. I will 100% be back here.

Resort was beautiful but lack restaurants or few restaurants closed at same time. Only lunch place is the buffet and snacks bars. It would be nice if multiple Restos are open. Also, it would have been better if they cleaned the weeds.

We had a great experience at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana! The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by decorating our door with a Happy Anniversary sign, plus chocolates and a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our trip extra special. Security was also great—they were very attentive when we had excursions outside the resort, always checking names and contact details before allowing anyone in or out. We enjoyed the food, especially Costa Azul, which became our favorite spot. There were daily activities, and we especially looked forward to the night events. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.
