My Son and I booked 4 nights at Impressive and left after two nights .We were not impressed ! The room we stayed had mosquitoes. There were signs of mosquitoes on the wall . We got bit all over our legs and arms. We didn't have running water for three hours . Had a hard time booking restaurants too.

I had a great experience at impressive overall- food was okay except for the on the grill food was awesome, unfortunately we only got to go one time there was no availability as you have to make reservations. the only downside of this resort is the beach is dirty due to seaweed and the smell

El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones no se sentía y/o no habia. El personal es excelente muy amables, pero los supervisores en el área de buffet trataban grosero a lis empleados. Comida fria en buffet, pero puede mejorar, No volvería por lo del aire y la poca atención a la situación
