The customer service from the front desk staff was great. What I liked the most is that they made getting to them, checking in, out,and leaving the resort a seamless process. The atmosphere was toned downed during the day and picked up at night but nothing was at sleep disturbing levels. Also if you were looking for a high party atmosphere you could easily join the multiple Riu parties just a short walk at one of there other vacation spots on the property. The Cubano Bar had the best bartenders on the property. Big props to the buffet. They had good food and the servers were so plesant and made every dinning experience feel personal. The slight negative things where minor things like bland drinks at pool bars, and some staff at the sports bar had bad attitudes.

The people were absolutely great every one of them. The food was wonderful with many options. Pedro made our pool time fun. His attention to detail was very impressive. The room although very clean and comfortable was not that great. The whirlpool looked dirty and took forever to fill because the drain was not working well. Lights burnt out in the shower and other places. We all have a wonderful time and we are very glad we made the trip. Not your fault but getting there was a pain and waiting for resort shuttle at the airport was very confusing and so so hot.

Rooms were immaculate, service was great they really seemed to care. Food left a lot to be desired- post breakfast. Omelettes were outstanding, fruits were fresh. Lunch and dinner were ok. Sweets had very little flavor and beef wasn't too appetizing.

The staff were very courteous. Our room was fantastic- the best we have had at a RIU resort. The sit down restaurants were outstanding. Loved the beach. The palm trees provided shade for individuals like me who cannot sit in the sun. The resort did not feel crowded like many of the Riu’s we have been to.

I was given the wrong room twice, had to chase down my luggage, and dealt with broken amenities (phone, TV, bathroom light). The shower door was broken and leaking. The food made me sick twice, and staff treatment felt biased—friendly to white guests but dismissive toward Black guests. Feral cats roamed the dining area, even urinating near tables. Sadly, I’ll be leaving early and spent the rest of my stay in bed.

Absolutely loved our stay! The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing. Every detail was perfect — highly recommend!
