TRS Turquesa was excellent. This was our second TRS location. The beach was stunning. The food was good but could have been better at some restaurants. I highly recommend Kusko restaurant though. Our butler, Noris, was exceptional in every aspect of customer service. I did not like the friends to family membership plan sales pitch. Concierge asked us to join breakfast and a tour of the facility so we accepted. It was just a sales pitch to join their membership package which was not for us.

Our experience was nothing but amazing. Our butler Rodny was the best. He was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with everything we asked for ( even things we didn’t). The staff was very nice and helpful even with our limited Spanish. The food in the buffet was good with a variety of options and the restaurants were great. Definitely coming back again

We stayed at the adults only, March 7-13. The property is beautifully maintained. We were issued a black wristband upon arrival, which was different from most of the other silver wristbands, but never figured out what it was for. We tried sitting on the 'premium loungers' at the pools but were told we had to move because although the bands issued were black, they did not say 'premium experience'. Service was great, but only if you tip up front. The drinks server poolside, named DOLORES, was wonderful. Super attentive and always smiling. Mixed in a bottle of water on every 3rd round of drinks, to keep me hydrated. Thank you Dolores!! The poolside entertainment staff was fantastic, always smiling and in particular, Albessard went out of his way to engage with the people around the pool. His dance moves were great and the ladies lined up after to dance with him; which he entertained with a smile. Thank you, Albessard. We were in Rm 5336. The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Think the mattress springs were gone, everything creaked and dipped. Kept meaning to call someone, but never got around to it. Not something I want to deal with on vacation. I've read some reviews on the butler service.. we did not have a great butler. We only asked for one dinner reservation for our entire stay and it was for the Argentinian steak house. We were there for 5 nights and he couldnt get us in. Had a great time overall, would return.

Our stay at TRS Turquesa was outstanding! There is so much to love about this resort I don’t know where to begin. The staff are by far the best. Friendly, helpful,gracious,…just a few names I can remember. Victor and Melky our butlers. Stefani at the Helios restaurant was amazing. Yeudy made us the best cocktails. Or check in with Carlos was smooth. In fact every one at the resort was incredible! The housekeeping staff were top notch. We are still talking about the food… much better than we expected. The beach and pools were fantastic.we found the secrets pool on our last day which is a little gem. We’ll be back for sure, thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. Ann and Luis

Beautiful property very clean. You can walk to places. Pool areas clean. Beach is beautiful BUT you cannot find seats because they are taken all the time. People leave their towels NOT FAIR and the staff doesn’t remove them. Also there was one vendor on the beach with a stick and the stray pups would bark at him only not the others because he would go towards them with the stick. That’s animal abuse . We wanted to take that stick and go after him. Disgusting. Also the pool area very quiet. MUSIC PLEASE. Also the Travel Group very aggressive and don’t understand the words GET TO THE POINT. We are on vacation don’t have time to spend . Other than those reasons property is beautiful.

the property was nice, clean and the staff very friendly. The water pressure in the shower was poor but was hot and did work. The food was good and lots of choice. My only complaint is the pool was hard to get a spot, not different from any other resort but they should stop people from putting towels on chairs
