The actual property and the staff was amazing!! Great hospitality! HOWEVER…outside the property was pure sufferings. A lot of hagglers and plenty haggling! It didn’t feel safe at all. It was clear to me that the property was the only luxurious property around there.

Norielis, our butler was an absolute pleasure to have, she was always there for us to make our stay remarkable from providing Gatorade to my pregnant wife, surprise romantic room decoration, retrieve taning chair for our swim up. I highly recommend getting Norielis as your butler.

Wonderful Stay at TRS Turquesa – Punta Cana We had an amazing experience at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana! The resort was immaculate and very well-maintained. We had an absolute blast playing Pickleball everyday. the staff was always welcoming. Our butler, Rodney, truly made the stay special. He was incredibly attentive, handling all of our requests with a smile, and even went the extra mile to surprise us on our second-to-last night with a thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel valued and well taken care of. Yeudy, the bartender, also deserves a shoutout. He made us some personalized drinks that were just outstanding – a true pro behind the bar! At Tentazione, Mayelin, the hostess, was warm, accommodating, and made our dining experience there even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and attention to detail at TRS Turquesa made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury getaway in Punta Cana!

Everything for the most part was pretty good. Our butler took care of us very well. The only thing we had an issue with was when we got to our room we notice several things were broken. The safe box didn’t turn on and the balcony door wasn’t closing properly which turned off the AC. We contacted our butler the following day, she notified maintenance and they came right away to fix it. Another thing we were not happy about was the temperature of the food. We ate at Helios twice for lunch and dinner and our food was not hot. Other than that the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The property is nice and the beach is beautiful.

This Hotel was beautiful. The landscaping was breath taking. Also, employees were so nice and welcoming. But there was issues I had realized. First issue I had personally had was the room could’ve been a little more cleaner and also the food was not the best. Food was lacking flavors it was very disappointing. I believe this hotel is more cater to older folks I’ll say 50 years old. I’m 30 and the night life wasn’t it. Ages 20s 30s I would NOT recommend. Also its DR I would love to hear Spanish music everywhere I go. That wasn’t case unfortunately. Overall, my experience was good. Great staff & Great Property/Landscaping. Need improvement on food, night life and music.

My stay was excellent! The staff treated me very well and were always willing to make my vacation as comfortable as possible. A special mention to Noris from Expedia, who helped coordinate all the bookings and sent me the daily schedule each morning. The hotel is beautiful, and the beach—with its turquoise water—is a great highlight. There are plenty of restaurant options and dozens of golf carts available to take you around the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff is so friendly. This is our first stay where we were assigned a personal butler, Rodny. He did such a fabulous job helping us through our whole stay and helping plan our dinners and daytime activities. We enjoyed all the restaurants, there’s always something we liked! The beach grill was our least enjoyed but all the others were really great. The desserts are amazing. The beach is big and the water is so so turquoise blue! Loved our stay.

We had an amazing experience at TRS in Punta Cana! A huge thank you to our incredible butler, Noris, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She handled all of our reservations and helped organize a beautiful birthday celebration for my boyfriend, complete with thoughtful room decorations that made the night extra special. The food was good overall, but we especially loved Kusko and Bhogali — highly recommend both! Also, a big shoutout to the wonderful bartenders and cleaning staff who were always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their great service made our trip even better. Can’t wait to come back!
