Tu ayuda ha sido esencial en muchos hoteles aquí aquí y te agradecemos mucho tus atenciones Edward definitivamente volveremos pronto he estado en muchos hoteles aquí pero no conocía este , el servicio espectacular, la comida excelente y todos muy amables , si tenemos que decir algo negativo sería la constante insistencia del front desk para llevarnos al club y hacernos miembros , es algo que realmente molesta porque no quieren oír un no , y uno viene desde usa a relajarse no ha lidear con cuentas y crédito y esas cosas , de verdad que es muy molesto , incluso te llaman temprano a la habitación, en fin eso no quita la linda experiencia que hemos tenido , com te dije ya hablaremos de ti en un review mil gracias una vez más por todo Dios te bendiga hermano

So I enjoyed this property, it was very nice ambiance, the food was not too good. Room service food was not that good either. The resort food is not the best. Going off, the resort has the better food. The staff was not the best. I was very confused.. never got a tour when i first checked in as i was suppose to, the butler was never at the front to help. As I was told he would be. They never asked for our plans, so they can schedule us rides. It was so frustrating not having the ability to get help with this when you’re in a new country. And the butler didn’t even know we were leaving (which i told them the day before) so we had to carry heavy bags down the steps.

The check in was not very pleasant. My wife and I were as treated a little different than other foreigners. I was very disappointed. Also, before I came to the hotel I spoke with lady on the phone to set up a birthday decoration and it didn’t go as plan Becusse they did not allow me to bring the outside vendor in without paying an extra $100 per person. They didn’t mention that on the phone. And they kept assuming I was lying and they try to intimidate me by bringing two more people to accuse of lying. It was horrible. But they knew I could not do anything about it because I can’t cancel the reservations since I’m already there and they won’t give me a refund.

My wife and I were here for 7 days for our 2 year anniversary. We were intruduced by our butler, Edward. From the first moment we got there, he took care of every request and question that we had. The overall TRS service was amazing, but Edward made the experience that much better. He went above and beyond with every detail and we couldn't recommend him enough! He's truly the best.

The stay at TRS Turquesa was just ok. The food wasn’t exceptionally great, there were some options but not many and found ourselves asking for things to be cooked more, redone, etc. I think the biggest turnoff here is the amount of times we were approached to buy something. I know that seems to be a thing in all inclusives but it was exhausting some days

Really great quiet, relaxing resort. Staff and service was excellent! We were in the swim out suite building 57 and we really enjoyed it. Highly recommend the swim out suites. Special call outs for especially great service: Ramona at the Mexican restaurant. This lady should be teaching others what great service really is. Really well done. Steven the bar tender behind building 57 and close to building 52. He was one of the staff that went out of his way to provide a really excellent experience. Rosiris- housekeeper kept our room clean and stocked with coffee, always had a smile. When we had special requests she was happy to help. Yeandra- host in lobby friendly and great service. Edward- butler in building 57 was great making reservations and was always there to help. Francisco- he was at the desk in the lobby of building 57 very helpful and very friendly . Great guy! The staff is one of the reasons we liked this resort so much. Really no criticism except there was smoking everywhere. Smoking on the restaurant patios and around pools. Also vaping inside buildings which all appeared to be allowed. This was disgusting! Other than that there was sea weed on the beach but that’s not the resorts fault and they did everything they could to clean it up.

Upon arrival the TRS, which is apart of the grand palladium hotel group is stunning to see. The grounds are lovely and the property is gigantic. Check in was simple enough and even though we didn’t have preferred club there was a butler who would answer any questions we had (Randy was lovely!). The room was nice the air conditioning worked well and you could tell it had at least been tidied up. After further examination though, the TRS Turquesa left a lot to be desired. The room, while tidy had hair in places from people I’ve never met. The sheets were…stained. I just hope they were washed. The spa and travel club staff will try to trick you. I think they should just do away with the whole travel club that’s not a time share but essentially is a time share because no I don’t want to sit through your “free” breakfast and then to try and make me feel guilty because I didn’t sit through it is even crazier. Instead the company should focus on the food. This was the absolute worst food I’ve ever had on an island where I’ve had the best fried snapper in my entire life. Make the food your country is known for somewhere on the resort. I wanted fresh fruit and juices. I wanted seafood. Instead I got the worst versions of American food I’ve ever had. The best restaurant was the teppenyaki spot so try to get all your reservations there. Helios was also solid. The food was always cold to touch at the buffets which was crazy to me. A decent amount of restaurants were also closed.

TRS is a big resort, well managed, and clean. The staff turned our trip from great to excellent. Staff are very personable and have great rapport with each other, and they made us feel like family. At checkin we were assigned a concierge/butler who remained attentive and available during our entire stay. Edward is the best of the best! Thank you for making our stay convenient, keeping us informed about hotel events, booking dinner reservations, etc., you were great! There’s one area of improvement, the hotel requires dinner reservations through an app. The app often showed no availability, however restaurants had plenty tables open. We believe the hotel should offer both online reservations and walk ins.

Our room was great! Our butler, Norielis, was wonderful. She was so helpful with booking reservations and assisting with transfer to the airport. Most of the food was mediocre but the French restaurant was delicious. Definitely book a dinner there. The spa was also a wonderful experience.
