I stayed in Room 102 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The noise from the club directly below was unbearable – thumping music and shouting until the early hours. I was completely misled and mis‑sold this room. At no point was I warned that it sat above a nightclub.
When I complained to reception, I was told I should “consider myself lucky” the club didn’t go on until 5am, as apparently some nights it does. That is not acceptable customer service. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the hotel tried to brush it off and refused to take responsibility, despite me raising the issue both in person and through emails afterwards.
This company clearly mis‑sells rooms and then denies accountability when guests suffer the consequences. Be very careful before booking – if you value sleep, honesty, and basic respect, look elsewhere.
