Very good size, nice modern, clean, very good communication. Good facilities available, e.g. laundry room is freely open to use, baggage holding room accessible and all cooking utensils supplied. Excellent location with many shops close by and only a 20 minute walk into the city centre. Many bus stops nearby and on main roads, so very easy to travel around.

The studio was well presented and perfect for a family of four. There was an issue with a socket, it was reported and the staff fixed it within 10 minutes. The kitchen had plenty pans/plates/cups. The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Lots of towels, a tea towel, soap in both kitchen and bathroom and plenty of loo rolls. There was salt and tea bags!! Plus itv was available so didn't miss Coronation Street.

great for what we needed - perfect location near centre but also access to 40/49 to tourist routes, great kitchenette for breakfast, warm room and lovely shower

I liked the lighting on the walls which makes the room really cosy. It was easy to keep our studio warm, the radiators were working perfectly fine. Nonetheless, it could do with at least one more opening window for easier vantilation. The overall style was very clean and simple, like from Ikea catalogue. There were couple of things that could be imoroved at Stay Apartments though. The knifes were not sharp and there was no cover for frying pan. Nothing major, but you could have a look into it.

Great value

Stayed here with my daughter in March 2016. The apartments are clean, and have everything you need. The location is good too, only 15 mins walk into the centre. The next time I'm in Iceland I'll definitely be staying here again.
