De dónde sacan las estrellas?

No es que esté mal, pero el precio no corresponde, no sé dónde están las 3 estrellas. Ningún armario, ni cajones, solo dos mesas de cama con taburetes. Menos mal que me dejaron una silla para poder trabajar. La atención, buena, salvo por el incidente de entrada, que por problemas suyos me tuvieron más de una hora de espera hasta poder entrar en la habitación

Un hotel de paso, en un polígono industrial. Bien diseñado y con buenas instalaciones. La recepción tediosa, 45 minutos de pié esperando que "el sistema informático permita hacer la inscripción" sin ninguna empatía ni amabilidad. Servicios inexistentes. La limpieza es de asustar, más con la amenaza del COVID. Todo lleno de polvo de días dentro de la habitación. Desde el punto de la mañana, ruidos, voces y canturreos del personal del hotel.

Bien mais literie des enfants à revoir

Quartier calme, proximité autoroute, très déçu par la literie à ressort pour les enfants (9 et 12 ans), très usagée et fine, on ne sentait que les ressorts. Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions. Ok pour literie adulte.

Good value hotel

After a smooth check-in, I got a spacious modern room with a nicely appointed ensuite that had a good large shower. Overall the hotel had a friendly and helpful atmosphere. It also had a good secure underground carpark (accessable by lift from within the hotel) I arrived about 5pm on a Saturday and the attached restaurant's kitchen was closed so I had to make do with a takeaway but that (as well as a large supermarket) was closeby, about 7min drive. The hotel is located in an industrial estate and so is easy to get to by car with Sat nav. The only 2 small negatives were that I couldn't get the TV to work and the toilet bowl was loose, but that was just my room on that occasion. I would have no problem staying there again.

Experiencia muy negativa en el desayuno, por cuatro euros me tomé un café frío y la comida que había para acompañarla era decepcionante, ni zumo, ni bollería en condiciones, ni nada. Entre mi mujer y yo pagamos 8,-€ para tomar un café frío y una infusión, un auténtico robo.

Lamentable

La habitacion esteticamente es bonita,pero muy sucia. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion ya que la nuestra tenia las sabanas sucias,y a la que nos cambiaron el suelo estaba lleno de pelusas,el plato de ducha algo sucio... y detalles de una limpieza pésima en conclusion. En fin,lamentable.

Très satisfaits mais pas d'Internet !

La localisation GPS : 42.700621,-2.920599 L'hôtel se trouve au nord de la ville dans une zone industrielle. Il est indispensable de prendre la voiture pour se rendre au centre ville. La chambre est spatieuse et la salle d'eau très fonctionnelle. Le lit était large et le matelas de très bonne qualité. L'hôtel était plein et nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit mais je n'ai pas pu charger une seule page web car le réseau était saturé. Le débit est insuffisant. Ne comptez donc pas sur le wifi ! Les distributeurs de boissons ne rendaient pas la monnaie. De plus, mon épouse à payé son thé mais le gobelet était vide. Accueil très sympathique !

Great stopover hotel

This is first class budget hotel with large rooms,helpfull staff, great beds and food available in the complex.The only negative from us is that the pillows were too flat. You need to sort out your system and tell us what the ratings mean,I have assumed 5 was best rating.

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé. La réception est correct j'ai apprécié le parking gratuit devant l'hôtel et la station d'essence à coté. Seul désagrément est la difficulté d'y arriver malgré l'équipement de la voiture de GPS.

No merece la pena coger el desayuno hay una cafetería pegada que seguro que es mejor por el mismo precio. Por lo demás muy recomendable agradable y tranquilo como hotel de paso
