Dear Mr. Angus,Thank you for share with us your opinion about our Hotel.We are very sorry that you found problems to move around the city.We always advise our guests to see where our hotel is located because as it is highlighted, this area are no passable stretches on foot.We also receive a large number of people who, despite not having a private vehicle, move well, first of all because we have a free shuttle service that accompanies our guests to the nearest station, and also there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel.Best regards,PerlaCustomer Care Agent
