My wife and I stayed at Hotel Pacifica in Rome during our recent trip, and overall, it was a very solid experience. The hotel has a clean, comfortable feel, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for exploring the city, especially with quick access to public transportation and local spots. Our room was simple but comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fine, though not the most luxurious, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Wi-Fi worked without issues, which was a big plus for us. What stood out most was the value. For Rome—where prices can run high—Hotel Pacifica provided a fair balance of cost and comfort. It’s not a luxury property, but if you’re looking for a good, budget-friendly option with reliable service, this place fits the bill. Pros: Good location, clean rooms, helpful staff, fair value. Cons: Rooms are on the basic side; not a lot of extra amenities. Would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a straightforward and affordable base in Rome.

Amazing stay!!!!

I don’t even know where to start with how great this hotel was. Good location close to the subway to take into the city centre, and close to Vatican City. Front desk staff were phenomenal: shout out to Mirela, Monica, and the 2 gentleman who I sadly didn’t catch their names! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. So much variety. Hotel was super clean. Highly recommend to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and the air conditioning and breakfast options were all wonderful. The doors are very thin so you can hear what’s going on in the hallways (inside) but the outside you can barely hear.

I wouldn’t recommend though it’s close to attractions the area is not nice and try to get an upper floor room My room was facing the car wash and a side alley. Very small single rooms I would go for the double. Shower was like a cube so small breakfast is excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every staff member were willing to help with city directions and provide with all the information to have a pleasant visit. I must recognize the front desk lady and Monica at the cafeteria whom welcomed me with coffee, cakes and water upon arrival and waiting for my room. The breakfast was great, plenty of good choices and the my bedroom always have plenty of towels and complementary coffee and teas. I have nothing but compliments for everyone whom assisted throughout my 9 days visit. Thanks Emanuele for assisting me with all the information before my check in proces. They were a family away from home. I will definitely visit it again The Pacific Roma and recommend it highly.

Room is not cleaned well. Dead bugs on the floor upon check-in, one on the sheets. I checked the mattress, and the covering seemed full of bugs and a few bugs on the mattress itself. I took some photos (though not of the mattress) and showed to receptionist. She agreed with me this is a problem. There was only one other room available, and it also had bugs. I then checked out immediately and had to find another hotel last-minute. Now manager is refusing to give refund, he says these are not bugs.
