Great location for a quick visit to Rome!

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 (adult children) trip to Italy. Location was excellent! Rooms were tight but beds were comfortable and did not hear the street noise. The rooftop was the perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. We would stay there again!

The hotel is very well located but I don't think it merits the price I was charged (over £300 a night in April - I would consider again if more like £150-200). It's more of a B&B with reasonable but not very high quality rooms. Also the downside of the location is that it is very noisy outside. On the plus side, the staff who dealt with us were very pleasant.

I was a little leery about staying at the Piccola Navona because it did not have a 24-hour front desk, and one had to type in a security code to enter the outer door. Luckily, my friend and I arrived at a time when the outer door was open, and we were given keys to the outer door and to our room. The staff we dealt with, Ellie and Alberto, were more than kind and pleasant. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable. We had a nice breakfast included. The Piccola Navona is within easy walking distance of the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Campo dei Fiori. And there is a taxi stand within a few steps. I would stay there again--no hesitation. They advertise an airline transfer, and they did arrange one back to Fiumincino. However, our flight to Rome was delayed an hour. When I contacted the service they had cancelled the transfer apparently because it was inconvenient for the driver. There is a taxi line at the airport and the fares are regulated so arranging a transfer beforehand with the hotel is not necessary.

Perfect location in the heart of Centro Storico in Rome. Steps from Piazza Navona and easy walking distance to all the big att. hotel staff was super helpful in arranging car service to/from airport and Vatican. The room itself was also perfect for a family of four.

Great central location in easy walking distance to all major sites, however this meant the hotel was noisy at night. Room was clean and spacious although air conditioning was not working. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The pictures and description of this hotel were very misleading. We were disappointed in the comfort and cleanliness of the room. This was marketed as a luxury stay and it was anything but...the mattress was cheap (you could feel the springs) and there were stains and scuffmarks on all the walks and curtains. It looked dingy and we would not recommend, especially considering how much it cost. Not worth the price!

The location in the heart of Rome near to Campo de Fiorie and Palazzo Navona is excellent. Very walkable! The staff are excellent (thank you for everything Juliette!). Loved the rooftop patio - great location for drinks at night. Would happily stay again.

Alberto is an excellent host - super responsive, made us feel right at home. He gave us great recommendations, all very friendly interactions! With a tourist influx, Taxis were hard to find but he arranged reliable airport pick up and call the taxi companies for us, even when hold times were high. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable, Alberto! As for the accommodation, it’s a clean, central and a convenient location - quick walk to all major sights and good dining options. I had travelled with two teens, the suite worked out perfectly. Couple of minor things - The traffic was loud on weekdays and the elevator felt too small for me (I don’t like being it enclosed tight spaces) but my teens were happy to ride it (and bring luggage in it)…this is just part of staying in the central location in Rome. Infrastructure is old, so the elevator is possibly the best it can be. I was happy to get a stairs workout!

Alberto was excellent. The elevator was a little freaky (for fellow travellers don’t forget to close the elevator doors so other don’t have to take the stairs), the location was perfect and Campo Fiori was beautiful! Loved our stay!
