It's a beautiful property, the service is wonderful, and the food and drinks were great. While the hotel is a bit outside the city center, I like that it's in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

I can’t recommend the Hoxton Rome enough. From the great location, beautiful decor and cool playlists to the courteous staff, it makes for a wonderful stay in Rome. Special thanks to Francesca at the bar and Samuele the barista for making our stay so pleasant.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Alessandro was amazing — his energy was top-tier and he made me feel right at home. My room was sparkly clean (like… barefoot-approved clean 👣✨) and the hotel was just so cute! Yes, it’s a little farther from the main tourist spots, but I honestly didn’t mind the 45-min walk or calling an Uber. The neighborhood felt safe, local, and peaceful — a nice break from the crowds in Rome. Already excited to come back!

The Hoxton Rome is a beautiful hotel and I would love to stay again if I return to Rome. It is just outside the historic center of Rome, so it is more quiet and less jammed with people and traffic, but it is still very close and easy to get to sites.

The stay itself was fine, but what happened afterward left a bitter taste. I accidentally left my spectacles case in the room and contacted the hotel, who confirmed they had found it. Unfortunately, that’s when the problems began. After numerous emails, I was quoted between €55 and €90 to return the empty case to the UK, an unreasonable amount by any standard. Having spent over £1,200 for a four-night stay, I expected a far higher level of service and basic goodwill from the hotel. Sadly, this experience has completely put me off staying at any Hoxton property again.
