"I wanted to love this resort but I must say the hotel is in terrible conditions.
I checked into my Room and there was a broken makeup mirror and Blood on the bathroom (room 548) wall and the overhead shower was not working.. I contacted the front desk and they told me they would come and fix it. They never did.I spoke to the front desk agent Named Jackie and she spoke to her manager (she was helpful she put the notes on my account about the damages and gave me a $150.00 credit but they ended up charging me )The food was great but the staff wasn’t very friendly.
After checking out my Credit card was charged $1300.00 for a broken mirror that I reported when I first checked in. I contacted the resort to fix these changes and every time I called they said they would get back to me never did . Now I’m disputing this with my credit card.
Stay far away from this resort .
