It is a beautiful place,clean but very noisy at night. Bad experienced on breakfast time too. The attendant was with long face mad or something because she had a Very bad attitude. No coffee available no bread, almost everything was empty. She needs a helper or go home. I think she was tired maybe.

As one of the only new hotels in Salmon Arm, I always make sure to stay here when im traveling through town. The front desk employee was friendly and efficient with the check in process. She was able to accommodate my request to be close to the elevator as a member of my party has mobility issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with the stay.

Good hotel but several rooms on the second floor south end look out over the main floor roof. Very noisy because of traffic and engine brakes. Also, toilet was wonky and I had to fix it several times on my own (water intake valve sticky). Poor maintenance. Had the same problem at the Lethbridge Fairfield. Nice rooms otherwise.

Check in was professional efficient, and engaging, explaining all the features and services of the hotel. The bed was so comfortable. The location was convenient, close enough to walk to downtown.
