Such a cute Hotel right off Union Square. We never had issues with noise or our stay. It’s very walkable and easy for Lyft pick up/drop off. Would definitely stay here again!

Service from front desk before check in the evening of was not good. After check in, it was much better. You will first need your hotel check in parking ticket thing to access the parking lot or else the lot will VERY rudely turn you away! The offsite valet parking is a very fair price for the city/area however. Convenient location for shopping and cable cars, which go right by the front of the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and cookies at the lobby. Lots of hotels in the area, but it didn’t feel safe walking around the area in the evening looking for a restaurant for a late dinner. I am from a much bigger city and didn’t expect to feel so unnerved walking there at night. I would not want to do so alone, especially as a woman.

We had a good time! Richard the bell man is the best! The front desk ladies are so helpful. Gary is also is amazing. The fresh cookies everyday are so so good! The location of this hotel is perfect!

I am a San Francisco native and I’ve stayed so many places now that I’ve moved out of the city and this will be the hotel. I stay at for the rest of my life here because it has the best value for what you pay. You will not find a better hotel for a better price it is central. I was able to walk everywhere in the city and to Bart and Muni the hotel stuff was incredibly nice and professional .
