Friendly staff , very accommodating! My boyfriend and I were visiting San Francisco for the first time to see the Warriors game for his birthday! This location was in walking distance of everything we needed (train or bus) and wanted to do (Chinatown & little Italy)!

The entire property is amazing. The staff however go above and beyond in every way. When i first checked in i was having difficulty understanding the tablet climate control in the room. The supervisor on duty took the time to come up to my room and walk me through the entire process. This is but a single example of the amazing service they give. I was there for a week and everything from the common work area to the breakfast spread were above and beyond what i expected. 5/5 would highly recommend.

The room was so Clean, the employees were so nice and I love that they always have security, I felt super safe. I also love how the iPad controls the room and the colors!! Blackout blinds always a plus too… I’d 100% stay here again

10/10 great stay! I would come back again and would definitely recommend for solo travelers. The room was clean, comfortable and very modern. The hair dryer was also a nice surprise since it was more modern than most hotels tend to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t have good sleep . The key card didn’t work and got lock out the room . Had to leave to appointment. I came back the card didn’t work for elevator . Very bad experience

Fantastic experience as far as the property and its staff is concerned. Dropping one star only because the periphery has significant number of homeless people especially in the night which can at time feel unsafe. Very friendly and supportive staff overall!
