I stayed at many, many hotels but this one beats “old school” traditional chain ones. Absolutely amazing- trendy, artsy, chill; amazing staff, clean, great breakfast and great location! I will definitely stay at the same hotel if coming back to SF.

The hotel is ok. It was a shocking disappointment that the hotel doesn’t tell you the room are ridiculously small. Probably 125-150sf maximum. Maybe some people know that but we didn’t. Also, the hotel sits right in the line of the big homeless district and at times you feel unsafe walking nearby. SF is not what it used to be.

Check in was easy. The staff was great. Everything was clean and the view was nice. My only complaints were that I wish the bed was softer but I was still able to sleep well. The bigger issue was that the pillows were both very large and there wasn't multiple pillow sizes to try like most hotels have. I had to use some towels to sleep.
