The location of the hotel is fantastic for going to union square, Yerba Buena area, the Moma and a Giants game! The staff are wonderful and even though we do not drink the complimentary bottle of wine was nice touch. The coffee in the room was very good quality and that is important to us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. These are items we look for and the Galleria ticks all of the boxes!

Best boutique hotel!

Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are all incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and seamless. The decor is beautiful and charming, and the rooms are very comfortable. Loved that they include water bottles that can be refilled on-site throughout the stay. The complimentary wine hour is just another example of all the attention to detail and for guests. The location was safe and super convenient to the BART, FiDi, and the Embarcadero. We’ll definitely be back.

Ok, but other Hotels and areas are a upgrade

Overall ok, for the price and service ammenities the hotel felt sterile and lacking personality. Staff was friendly but wont stay here again with my family. Maybe great for business or pleasure but not ideal for families.
