Had a fantastic stay….from the help of Alexis at the front desk, helping check-in and several other times, to the exceptionally clean room and overall environment it was a stay that will be repeated. Definitely found a good place to stay during trips to SF!!

Staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Especially loved the 3rd floor park terrace. Centrally located with 5 minute walk to the SFMOMA, 15 minute walk to Chinatown or the Ferry Building. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations on every front. As travelers who value both aesthetics and functional comfort, we found this boutique gem to be the perfect base for our San Francisco trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated and carries a sophisticated, "aesthetic" vibe. Our room was impressively spacious (rare for SF) and kept in pristine condition. All the amenities needed for a seamless stay were present and high-quality. Location: You can’t beat being in the heart of Union Square. It made navigating to major attractions incredibly efficient. The 5 PM Reception: This was a thoughtful touch that added a great deal of value to our daily routine. It’s these small "systemic" additions that elevate a stay. Exceptional Service: While the entire staff was hospitable, Alexis deserves a special mention. Alexis went above and beyond, providing the kind of proactive service that turns a good stay into a memorable one. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located hotel with a staff that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Galleria Park.
